1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The AI Trucker and the LoadCalc application at theaitrucker.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and BMH Solutions LLC.

2. Description of Service

The AI Trucker provides the LoadCalc application — a tool that helps independent truckers and owner-operators evaluate whether a load is financially worthwhile by calculating estimated fuel costs, expenses, and net profit based on user-provided inputs.

3. Free Trial and Paid Access

3.1 Free Trial

New users receive 10 free load calculations without creating an account. No credit card is required for the free trial.

3.2 Paid Plans

• Monthly Plan: $2.99 per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Lifetime Plan: $19.99 one-time payment, unlimited access with no recurring charges

3.3 Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Prices are in US dollars.

4. Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period; no future charges after cancellation.
• Lifetime access: All lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Technical issues: Contact us at owner@bmh-solutions.com and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a credit at our discretion.

5. Cancellation

Cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing owner@bmh-solutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BMH SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC SITUATION.

6.1 Financial Estimates

LoadCalc provides estimated calculations based on user-supplied inputs and publicly available data. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, business, or professional advice. Actual costs, distances, fuel consumption, and profitability will vary. Always verify route details and expenses independently before making business decisions.

6.2 Weather Information

Weather advisories displayed in LoadCalc are based on third-party data from OpenWeatherMap and are provided for informational purposes only. BMH Solutions LLC is not a weather service. Weather conditions can change rapidly and may differ from forecasts. Always check official weather sources (National Weather Service, local DOT) and exercise your own judgment before traveling. BMH Solutions LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on weather information displayed in the Service.

6.3 Route and Distance Data

Route distances are calculated using open-source routing services (OSRM, OpenStreetMap) and may differ from actual road distances. These calculations do not account for real-time traffic, road closures, construction, or truck-specific routing restrictions. Always verify routes using your preferred navigation system.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BMH SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the free trial limit through technical means
• Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service for competitive purposes
• Share account credentials with others
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

The AI Trucker, LoadCalc, and all associated content are owned by BMH Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in Summit County, Ohio. We encourage you to contact us first — we're a small business and will work with you directly to resolve issues.
